• "Session" means the period beginning when you open the chat interface and ending when you close it or after a period of inactivity.

3. Data Storage & Retention

We do not store your personal data on our servers. All messages and inputs you submit are processed in real time and discarded at the end of each Session. No history of your messages is retained by sayhello.cafe.

Aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage data may be retained solely for analytics purposes (see Section 4).

4. Analytics & Monitoring

We use third-party analytics and monitoring services to improve performance, identify errors, and better understand usage patterns. All data collected is aggregated and anonymized.

• Google Analytics: We collect pageviews, session duration, referral sources, and similar metrics. No personally identifiable information is tracked. For details, see Google Privacy Policy.
• LogRocket: We record frontend sessions to diagnose UI issues and JavaScript errors. Session recordings may include DOM snapshots, console logs, and network requests, but do not capture personal user input. See LogRocket Privacy Policy for more information.

We and our analytics providers use cookies and local storage to collect information about your device and interaction with the Service. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function correctly as a result.
